Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 6 series of 2012 of Civil Service Commission dated March 16, 2013, the Taysan Water District hereby adopts rules, policies and regulations in establishing district SPMS. Through the effort of Batangas Association of Water Districts (BAWD), TayWD attended  the  three  days  Seminar  on SPMS and HR Plan Orientation held on August  7 - 9, 2012   at    Noni’s    Mountain    Resort,    Alitagtag,    Batangas   Director Maria Theresa R. Poblador imparts her advance knowledge, techniques and strategy in creation of SPMS Manual. 

 As part of the district strategies for the creation of SPMS manual, the management creates Performance Management Team ( PMT) that shall introduce the guidelines and  shall assist for the conduct of one-day Seminar – Orientation for the SPMS within the level of an employees and officers of Taysan Water District TayWD – PMT shall responsible in documentation of the said manual.

Conversely, the Honorable Board of Directors of Taysan Water District hereby approved Board Resolution No. 04-2013 to support the establishment and approval of the TayWD SPMS Manual.
